Daily Journal + AI Insights is a journaling application that allows users to write daily journal entries with mood tracking and receive weekly AI-powered insights generated by Anthropic's Claude AI. The App is available on web and Android. A free tier and a paid Pro subscription (₹199/month) are offered.
The App is intended for users aged 18 and above. By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are permitted to use the service under applicable laws in your jurisdiction. If you are under 18, please do not use this App.

Daily Journal + AI Insights offers two plans:
Subscription payments are processed by Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorise Razorpay to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances. Contact us at the email address below to request a refund.
The weekly digest is generated by Anthropic's Claude AI based on your journal entries. AI-generated insights are provided for personal reflection and informational purposes only. They do not constitute medical, psychological, or professional advice. You should not rely on AI-generated content as a substitute for professional mental health support. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services.
You retain full ownership of all journal entries and content you create in the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the service (including sending your entries to the Claude API for digest generation).

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at the email address below. We will permanently delete your data within 30 days of receiving your request.
All content within the App, including but not limited to the user interface, design, graphics, icons, and code, is the intellectual property of Rahul Prakash unless otherwise stated. Your journal entries remain your own property. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
The App integrates third-party services including Firebase (Google), Anthropic Claude API, Razorpay, Resend, PostHog, Expo, and Vercel. Your use of the App is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of these third-party providers. We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party services.
We strive to maintain high availability of the App but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss arising from service interruptions.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated insights are provided for informational purposes only and may not always be accurate or appropriate. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or that AI-generated content will meet your expectations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rahul Prakash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to reliance on AI-generated insights, loss of journal data, or interruption of service.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of significant changes. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to the App for users who violate these Terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to other users or the service.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
